At Navoraa Executors Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver the best experience for every event. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled when clients book our services.
By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Refund Policy
All advance payments made to confirm event bookings are non-refundable, as we block dates, reserve vendors, and begin planning immediately after confirmation.
However, certain exceptions or partial considerations are offered as detailed in the sections below.
2. Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel your event, the request must be made in writing through email or WhatsApp message.
Refund Eligibility
Refund depends on how early the cancellation is made:
A. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Booking
If the event is cancelled within 24 hours of booking, and no work has begun:
✔ Eligible for 50% refund of the advance.
(This excludes payment gateway charges.)
B. Cancellation After 24 Hours
Once the planning work begins, coordination starts, and vendors may be booked.
❌ No refund is provided after 24 hours from the time of booking.
C. Last-Minute Cancellation (Less Than 15 Days Before Event)

No refund will be issued.

Additional cancellation charges may apply if vendors have already been booked or materials purchased.
3. Cancellation by Company
In the rare case that Navoraa Executors Pvt. Ltd. must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as emergencies, operational issues, or vendor failure), clients will receive:
✔ Full refund of the amount paid, OR
✔ An option to reschedule the event with full amount adjusted toward the new date.
We will discuss and confirm whichever option the client prefers.
4. Rescheduling Policy
If the client wants to change the event date, time, or venue:

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 15 days before the event.

Rescheduling is based on availability.

Additional charges may apply if the new date affects vendor pricing or material costs.
If rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation terms will apply.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Client or guests changing the event plan on the event day

Miscommunication caused by incorrect details provided by the client

Delay in providing necessary approvals or information

Poor weather conditions
-
Vendor or venue issues not under our direct control

Force majeure situations (pandemics, lockdowns, natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

No-show of client or guests
6. Partially Completed Events
If an event is already in progress and has to be stopped due to any client-related issue:

No refunds will be provided.

The full payment remains due.
7. Mode of Refund (If Applicable)
Eligible refunds (as per this policy) will be processed through:

Bank transfer
-
UPI
-
Same mode of payment (if possible)
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.
Payment gateway or transaction charges are not refundable.
