Navoraa Executors Pvt. Ltd. provides: Event planning & management, Wedding services, Private parties & celebrations, corporate events, Decor & theme services, Vendor coordination, Logistics & execution.

Service details, pricing, inclusions, and timelines may vary depending on client requirements.

3. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after an advance payment is made. The amount of advance required will be communicated during enquiry. No services will be reserved or executed without advance payment.

Client Responsibilities: Provide accurate event details. Ensure timely communication, obtain necessary permissions for venue usage, approve final designs or plans on time

4. Payments & Billing

All payments must be made on or before the event day unless agreed otherwise. Taxes, additional charges, transportation, or last-minute requests may be billed separately. Payments once made are non-refundable, except under special conditions noted in Section 7.

5. Changes & Modifications

Any changes to event date, venue, theme, or requirements must be:

Last-minute changes may incur additional charges.

6. Vendor Coordination

We may work with third-party vendors for: Catering, Photography, Makeup artists, Technicians, Decor professionals, Performers, etc.

We coordinate them efficiently, but: We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors. Vendor-specific terms may apply.

7. Cancellation & Refund

Policy By Client: Cancellation must be given in writing. Advance/booking payments are usually non-refundable, as bookings block dates and vendors. If cancellations occur close to the event date, additional charges may apply based on work already completed.

By Company: In rare cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, Navoraa Executors Pvt. Ltd. may cancel or postpone the service and will: Issue a refund (if applicable) OR provide alternative arrangements.

8. Event Delays & External Factors

We are not liable for: Weather conditions, Venue restrictions, Traffic delays, Government regulations, Pandemic-related restrictions, Power outages or technical failures, Accidents or natural disasters, we will always try to provide solutions or alternatives if such situations arise.

9. Client Conduct

Clients must: Maintain respectful communication, Ensure guest behavior does not disrupt the event or team, take responsibility for damages (if caused by guests or client), any abusive behavior toward staff may result in immediate termination of services.

10. Intellectual Property

All: Website content, Photos, Designs, Logos, Event concepts, Videos are the intellectual property of Navoraa Executors Pvt. Ltd. They cannot be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

11. Use of Images & Videos

We may use event photos or videos for: Portfolio, social media, Marketing, Website showcase. If you do not want your event to be featured, please inform us in writing before the event.

12. Limitation of Liability

Navoraa Executors Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for: Any indirect or consequential damages, Loss of personal belongings at events, Vendor-related delays, Force majeure circumstances. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

13. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for: Their content, their practices, their policies. Use them at your discretion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Bangalore, India.
